This hospice is very caring. The whole team goes above and beyond. They are quick to come out for any emergency even after hours with Juan and Yvonne. Our nurse Kristyn is very nice, knowledgeable and compassionate, Our bath aid Alicia does a wonderful job. the office staff are always willing to help with any questions, especially Julia and Naida. I would recommend this hospice and I have reccomeded to anyone in need.

I've worked with them in my care home multiple times. Excellent service, great hospice care, and the office is always on top of my requests.

I can’t say enough how much my husband and I appreciate our mother’s Hospice care workers. They are amazing! Kristyn Aho has a very compassionate, thoughtful, genuine bedside manner and my mother-in-law lights up when Kristyn visits and is she very gentle and honest with her and knowledgeable and professional when answering our questions. And Maria Espinoza is also great! She is very friendly, patient and quick because our loved one gets worn out very easily with even the littlest activity. Our sincerest gratitude to Kristyn and Maria!

A Truly Exceptional Hospice Experience – Graceland Hospice I cannot say enough wonderful things about Graceland Hospice. My father has been in their care for almost two years, and I have never encountered another hospice company that comes close to the level of dedication, compassion, and comprehensive care they provide. What sets Graceland Hospice apart is how they treat their patients like family. They go above and beyond in ways that most hospices wouldn’t even consider. From physical therapy to podiatry, they cover all aspects of care—physical, mental, emotional, and even spiritual—ensuring that their patients receive the best quality of life possible. Their chaplains visit my father weekly, offering him comfort and spiritual support, while interns come simply to spend time with him, showing that their care extends far beyond just medical needs. Their nurses are beyond top-notch; they are incredibly skilled, attentive, and truly invested in both the well-being of their patients and the peace of mind of their families. One of the things I appreciate most is the level of communication and involvement they provide. We have regular meetings regarding my father’s well-being that include nurses, case managers, social workers, and supervisors. Any change in his medications or care plan is always discussed with me first, ensuring I am fully informed and involved in every decision. Even the equipment they provide is at hospital level, demonstrating their commitment to quality care. Their advocacy for both patients and families is unmatched, offering guidance, support, and genuine compassion throughout this journey. Graceland Hospice is more than just a hospice; they are a blessing. Knowing my father is in their care gives me immeasurable peace, and I can only hope that when my time comes, there will be a company as extraordinary as Graceland Hospice for me. This Hospice Care Company -from Chaplains to HR Director, Doctors to CNAs is truly Heavenly! Everyone is warm, yet highly professional. The doctors are amazing and very attentive. In their care, I felt my mother was with family. Whenever we needed something, they always came with warm hearts. My mom, under Graceland Hospice's care had a beautiful and peaceful passing into heaven. I am forever grateful to all of you!

Although no one wants to hear that their loved one needs to begin hospice care I can say Graceland has made it a good change in our lives since starting with them a few months ago. Bath aid Tanya and Nurse Larry have been doing amazing for me and my loved one in need of the care. They always answer every question I have and support us in whatever we need. I recommend Graceland if you find yourself in the position of needing to find a hospice care
